From Job Readiness training to GEDs to Masters Degrees there are a lot of different T&E programs. This section was created to help you better understand your options before you invest time and energy in starting a T&E program.

Careers that pay a decent salary usually require at least a High School Diploma or GED, and basic English language, adult literacy (reading, math, writing), and job readiness skills. Depending on the field, basic computer skills are also often required. Higher paid positions and advancement in a career usually require specialized skills training, a college degree, or significant on-the-job experience.

Click below to learn about each key T&E learning area, including: what it is, how long it takes to learn/complete it, what it costs, how to enroll in a program, and more.

Now that you have a better understanding of the many training and education programs, let us help you build a personal training and education plan.
